REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because THE MATCHA EXPLORER Kit is a food product, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based solely on change of mind, preference, taste preference, or failure to review the product details before purchasing.

Examples include:

• “I don't like the taste.”
• “I ordered the wrong variant.”

• “I no longer want the product.”
