WHAT IT TASTES LIKE
THE CONNOISSEUR leads with medium-high umami, balanced by a silky, velvety body and remarkably low bitterness and astringency.
The experience is refined rather than overpowering.
Expect a nutty, lightly vegetal finish with a distinctly umami-forward character that invites you to slow down and pay attention.
Think:
silky → umami-rich → lightly vegetal → nutty finish
It's nuanced enough to make you pause.
And familiar enough to make you want another sip.
WHO IS THE CONNOISSEUR?
For the ones who have developed a palate.
The ones who notice the details.

• Enjoys comparing different origins and profiles
• Appreciates texture as much as flavor
• Wants a more intentional matcha experience
You don't just drink matcha anymore.
You taste it.
