WHAT IT TASTES LIKE
THE SPECIALIST leads with high umami, carried by a creamy, rich body and remarkably low bitterness and astringency.
Rather than leaning heavily into sweetness, this profile explores the deeper, more savory side of Japanese matcha.
Expect a rich and creamy texture, followed by a nutty, savory, and deep finish that lingers on the palate.
Think:
deep umami → creamy richness → savory depth → nutty finish
It's bold without being bitter.
Complex without being overwhelming.
And definitely worth slowing down for.
