One night at OKs Manoks, our spirits, once filled with doubt, found our Eureka.

Every F&B owner dreams of expanding their brand by opening new spaces. We share that vision and dream. We want more OH HEY THERE in different cities.

After two and a half years, we found ourselves asking: Why can’t we do it yet?

In reality, and considering our capacity, it’s just not that easy. That’s a pill hard to swallow.

But that evening changed our perspective.

Growing is not just about putting up new brick-and-mortar stores. Growing is actually about figuring out what the community needs.

That’s when we decided: Okay. This is one of the ways for us to reach our community beyond the South.

THE MATCHA EXPLORER Kit offers an educational matcha experience.

Usually, you would get matcha from different brands in a tin. And we all know that matcha isn’t always easy to afford.

So we thought, maybe people can get a little bit of everything in one go.

We brought all of our Matcha Personas into this box, with hopes that we could help you understand our vision.

Each stick is packed with 4g of matcha.

We hope this experience helps you appreciate matcha even more.

Our best advice for the trial, if you want to taste it in latte form, is to try this RECIPE GEM:

1 stick of matcha
5–10mL of sweetener (we prefer 5mL, but you do you)
40mL of milk for cold whisking
80–120mL of milk (we prefer 80mL, but again, you do you)
